The sale will open on 21st November 2024 and will close on 24th November 2024.

Once the sale is live on 21st November, you will receive an email explaining how you can access the sale.

The sale will be open on friendsandfamily.purdey.com website from 21st to 24th November 2024. After this deadline, no orders will be accepted.

This sale is open to all Richemont & Maisons beneficiaries, interns, and externals. Friends of Richemont & Maisons beneficiaries are also eligible for the sale.

All items are strictly reserved for personal use or gifts to friends/family. Any attempt to resell an item is strictly prohibited. A breach of this clause will be considered as non-respectful of the principle of mutual trust and may result in disciplinary action. Richemont employees are considered responsible for the actions of any friends/family they supply sale details to.

Orders, once placed, cannot be modified nor cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Stock cannot be guaranteed due to the high traffic on the site during the sale.

Orders will be allocated according to availability and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund the order total back to the payment method used to place the order.

Items purchased in the staff sale cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of faulty items.

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.

Any applicable taxes and/or duties for international shipments are calculated at the checkout and included in the final price.

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch from the end of the sale. Due to the high volume of orders, we will not be able to confirm exactly when your order will arrive. All customers will receive a dispatch notification email once your order has left our warehouse.
